The band are really pleased to be able to report that, after our appearance at the Butlins brass band festival in Skegness, one of the biggest brass band events in the world featuring over 80 bands, we played really well and were rewarded with a fourth place in the third section and a cheque for £500. Not only that, but we had a wonderful time too!

The band travelled in a luxury coach and stopped over on Friday and Saturday taking in the many entertainments on offer, catching up with friends new and old, and taking the time to spend time together. A really good time was had by all
