Guest: boxing day

just to let you know what a great band you are. all pieces were played excellently especially solo pieces. Dissapointed in amount of audience participation. Our party went along for a bit of a christmas sing a long and were let down !

A few more carols and not just a couple of verses would have gone down a storm.

Keep up good work .

Geoff Tyndall: Greetings from Colorado

Hi Burbage. Nice web site, and a good result at Butlins!

I played in the band from 1967-1975, and occasionally check in to see how you're doing. Pleased to see myself in the 1971 photo, on 1st horn next to Alan Broomhead. I'm now playing solo horn in a band in Denver Colorado. Had some great times with Burbage!

Cheers,

Geoff Tyndall

Claire: boxing day

Hia Steve, A bit late I know but I wanted to let you know how great we thought the band concert on Boxing Day was. My particular favourite was the 12 days of Christmas, which must be good fun to play. The introductions to the pieces were very witty and entertaining.

Recently attended the concert at the pavillion gardens, Buxton on Boxing Day with three generations of my family. The band were excellent and played a good selection, the commentary was also amusing

Guest: Entertaining us at Hartington Gardens

I would just like to thank you all for playing for us in the Hartington Gardens lounge - we all really enjoyed the evening. We were most taken aback with the youngsters in the band and the competent way they played.

You all really made our Christmas! Thank you once again!

Good luck with all your future events. And a very Merry Christmas and a properous New Year to you all as well!!!

Hilary: November 8th

We thoroughly enjoyed your polished performance at the Methodist church, a time for reflection, a time for listening and a time for joy. Well done to all performers young and not so young! Never realised Laura is Steve's other half!

Good luck in your forthcoming events.

Enjoyed looking at your website.
