The band is always happy to welcome new players who can strengthen the band. Why not get in touch and come along to meet our happy team? You’ll be made welcome by the areas most successful and friendly band and if you join you’ll enjoy a wide variety of concert engagements as well as rehearsing in our new purpose built rehearsal room.
In the contesting arena the band won 1st place two years in succession at the Midlands Regional Championships 4th section in 2011 and 2012, and have been promoted to the First section for 2017. As with all our members, we shall be able to supply you with a quality instrument to play on should you require this.
Burbage Band have vacancies for those wanting to learn to play brass with us. No experience is necessary, just a dedication to succeed in music and a willingness to be a part of the team. Instrument provision and tuition all provided free by senior band members.
